Hypnotherapy for Children & Teens
Children and teenagers are having to deal with so much more than past generations, with technology at their fingertips and access to information that as parents and carers we would rather they didn’t see or hear.
We want the best for our children, and sometimes it is hard to see them trying to deal with the same stresses and unwanted feelings as adults.
Their problems can affect how they feel, how they act and even how they learn. Hypnosis can help treat these problems.
Getting your child help early on could mean that they are less likely to suffer later on in life with a mental health issue.
However, hypnotherapy it is not recommended to work with children under the age of 7.
Hypnotherapy can be very effective on children because they are much more imaginative, creative and open to positive suggestions than most adults.
